How does billing work?
Choose monthly or yearly at checkout and pay securely via M-Pesa or card. Yearly plans give you two months free. You can cancel anytime — your benefits run to the end of the paid period.
Why are the higher tiers more expensive?
Higher tiers are built for luxury, performance and exotic vehicles, which cost far more to maintain, insure and source parts for. Grid and Podium fold loaner cars, service credits, concierge imports and storage into one predictable monthly fee — usually cheaper than paying for those à la carte.
Which tier is right for my car?
Ignition suits everyday cars and bikes; Apex is for enthusiasts and performance dailies; Grid is for luxury and performance marques (BMW M, AMG, Range Rover); Podium is for exotics and supercars (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley). You can upgrade or downgrade any time.
Can I use my service credits on anything?
Yes — quarterly service credits apply to any labour or parts at the Bumble Cars garage and shop. Unused credit rolls to the next quarter within your membership year.
